Brownies with cream cheese frosting
Beat the egg with the sugar until tripled in volume. At the same time, melt the chocolate and mix it with the butter. Mix the walnuts with the flour and set aside. Gently add the chocolate to the mixture of eggs and sugar, without losing any air. Finally, add the flour and nuts, mixing everything and being careful not to reduce the volume. Put into baking molds, previously greased with butter and flour, and bake at 170 ºC for 45 minutes.
Soften the butter and mix it with the Quescrem Regular Cream cheese until it becomes a smooth and silky cream. Stir in the icing sugar at two or three times, mixing it in with the rest of the cream. Lastly, cover the brownies with frosting and let them chill.
Serve each slice with a strawberry. You can also decorate the frosting with some swirls of caramel syrup or chocolate
