Creamy mascarpone cheesecake

Ingredients

250 g Quescrem Natural
250 g Mascarpone Quescrem
4 pcs eggs
200 g cream 35% M.G.
200 g sugar
30 g flour (90W)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Strain the mixture to remove air.

Pour into a 20 cm diameter mold lined with baking paper.

Bake at 200 ºC for 25 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
