Our culinary yoghurt selected for SIAL INNOVATION 2018

As innovation and internationalization are key cornerstones of our endeavour, this year we return to one of the most important food business fairs in the world. From the 21st to the 25th of October we will be at SIAL Paris 2018 at stand 7C 207 and, most importantly, our culinary yoghurt will be part of the food innovation observatory as it has been chosen by the organization as one of the most innovative products worldwide.

This biennial international food fair brings together some of the most important professionals from the retail trade and other food services and is a major source of inspiration for the global food industry.  The 2018 edition is expected to gather more than 150 000 agents not only from the European Union, but also from the rest of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

At our stand (7C 207), visitors will be able to find information on our latest innovations and will be able to try our products and dishes made with them.

One of the star products of our stand will be our Culinary Yoghurt, chosen by SIAL as one of the most innovative of 2018.  A panel of experts has recognised our yoghurt as one of the most innovative products exhibited at SIAL amongst the many products that will be on display.

AT SIAL Paris 2018, more than 7000 companies from over 100 countries will present their products to industry professionals. All kinds of food products will be exhibited in the 21 exhibition areas of the fair, from beverages to grocery products, equipment or food to go.

If you still don’t know our Culinary Yoghurt, its a concentrated yoghurt with a high fat and protein percentage that gives it a thick texture, closer to cream cheese. Its rich yoghurt flavour infuses any recipe and is acid and heat resistant, which means it is a very versatile ingredient, ideal for many recipes that cannot be made with Greek yoghurt, such as mousses, ice creams, sauces, dips and cakes with the unique flavour of yoghurt and excellent properties. In addition, it is a clean label product and has no E numbers.

At our stand, visitors will also be able to see our newest additions to the healthy foods range.  To answer the growing demand for healthy and practical products with a high added value, and as a result of our vision for the latest food trends, we will be taking to SIAL Paris our new Smart Food range, which includes products that are high in protein, lactose-free and low in sugar and fat. We will also have our range of fresh cheeses, made with locally sourced ingredients and following artisan cheesemaking methods. Of course, our stand wouldn’t be complete without our Regular Cream Cheese and our Quescrem Plus, a perfect ingredient to use in frozen bakery or as a gluten-free substitute for béchamel sauce.

At our stand we will offer samples of recipes made with our products, such as cheesecake, tiramisu, yoghurt mousse or our grilled fresh cheese, for all our visitors to try.
