Sweet cream cheese with chocolate and hazelnuts. With 75% cheese and no vegetable oils, it has 55% less sugars compared to other cocoa spreads. This recipe has been developed for the food industry and it meets three basic requirements: it is easy to handle when cold, can be frozen/defrosted and is resistant to extreme heat without compromising its creamy texture, making it the perfect ingredient for sweet baked doughs.

Ingredients

Buttermilk (milk), cow’s milk, sugar, milk chocolate (13.8%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa paste, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla flavour), cream, skimmed cocoa (2.5%), hazelnut powder (1.2%), starch, inulin, milk proteins, stabiliser (carrageenan), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (sorbic acid) and flavour.
