Traditionally crafted semi-cured and cured Manchego Cheese P.D.O (50%) [raw Manchega sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures and lysozyme (egg)], buttermilk (milk), cow’s milk, cream, emulsifying salts (di and polyphosphates), salt, stabiliser (locust bean gum),preservative (sorbic acid) and lactic cultures.
