The lighter version of our fresh cheese is an artisan cheese made with fresh milk from nearby pastures and has close to 40% more milk than some traditional fresh cheeses.
With only 1.6% fat, 100 g of cheese have 15 g of protein and 60% of the recommended daily intake of calcium.
