Stracchino -

Stracchino is a soft rindless artisan cheese with a fresh and strong lactic flavour that will add a distinctive touch to your Italian recipes. Shaped by hand, it is made in small batches with fresh milk from nearby pastures and 100% natural ingredients. It is sold very fresh and has a 45-day shelf life. Its texture is very soft and creamy, it can be used almost as a spreadable cheese. It is very versatile and can be used not only for hot and cold recipes, but also in sweet and savoury dishes.
