Ingredients

240g Quescrem Kefir
200 g Corn starch
100 g Rice flour
100 g Butter
10 g Baking powder
100 g Sugar
10 g Poppy seeds
10 g Amaranth seeds
1 ud. Lemon zest

Directions

In a stand mixer with the edge beater, add all the ingredients and to knead until well combined.

Roll into balls and flatten them into biscuits about 6 cm wide and 3 mm thick. Place them on baking paper on a baking tray.

Cook at 150º for 20 minutes
