Mini chicken & roll goat sandwich
Cook the chicken breast in seasoned water. Hot fray with the help of two forks.
Mix the spilt breast with the Goat's Roller Cream Cheese and set aside (it can be kept in an airtight container or even in a vacuum bag).
Bake the hamburger bread briefly.
Warm up the goat roll chicken.
Pour a dash of olive oil on the bread below, place a slice of tomato and put the chicken on the goat's roll over it.
Flavor with basil and decorate with yellow cherry tomatoes.
Cover with the other part of the bread and serve hot.
