Chocolate Mugcake

Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tablespoons of cream
3 tablespoons of Quescrem Cream Cheese with Chocolate and Hazelnuts
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
3 & 1/2 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Tip:
Give it a special touch with 1/2 teaspoon of orange zest
Directions:

Using a bowl, mix all the ingridients by following the order below. (It is important to mix well each time a new ingredient is added):
- Egg
- Cream
- Chocolate and Hazelnut Cream Cheese
- Powdered sugar
- Flour
- Baking powder

Pour the mix in the mug leaving 2 or 3 centimeters under the top of the mug.

Place the mug right on the lateral part of the microwave plate, with the handle facing away from the center of the plate. Heat during 1 minute at 600W.

Turn around the mug 180º, so th handle stays facing the center of the microwave plate. Heat during 1 minute at 300W.

Finish with heating the mug cake for 30 more seconds at 300W.

Rest for 5 minutes at room temperaure.
To finish:
Decorate with some icing sugar on top of the mugcake
