Latticed Apple Cheesecake
Peel and cut the apples into quarters and add lemon juice. In a frying pan, put the butter and brown the apples, turn over and add the sugar, leave to caramelize and set aside.
Mix Quescrem Plus with the icing sugar and cinnamon and put it in a piping bag with a smooth nozzle.
Cut the puff pastry into two strips of 10 x 15 approx. and two slightly narrower strips 8 x 15 approx.
Place the Quescrem Plus mixture on the base, and on top of this the apple slices, and paint the whole area with beaten egg. On the other hand, make a lattice on the other narrower puff pastry base and place it on top of the first one, cut out the leftovers and paint the whole lattice with egg.
Place in a preheated oven at 180° for approx. 40 minutes.
