Oatmeal Pancakes with chocolate

Ingredients:
For the pancakes:
100 g of oat flour
25 g of fine oatmeal
150 g of whole milk
Half a teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
Butter
For the topping:
100 g of Quescrem Cream cheese with chocolate and hazelnuts
4 tablespoons of whole milk
1 peach

The pancakes:
Mix the oat flour with the oatmeal, baking powder and salt and add the milk, maple syrup and the egg. Sir well until you get a smooth batter. Let it sit for fifteen minutes. Heat up a small frying pan and melt a small slab of butter. Pour a bit of the bitter on the surface at low heat, while swivelling the pan a bit to get a round shape. Flip over after 30 seconds.

The topping:
Mix the Quescrem Cream cheese with chocolate and hazelnuts with chocolate and hazelnuts with milk to make the mixture more liquid. Dice up the peach.
To finish:
Pour a bit of diluted Quescrem Cream cheese with chocolate and hazelnutsover the pancakes and add the diced peaches.
