Stracchino Tagliatelle with mushrooms & cherry tomatoes

100 g Stracchino Quescrem
200 g cooked tagliatelle
50 g onion
½ garlic clove
100 g mushrooms (oyster mushroom, shiitake, mushroom, nameko)
300 g cherry tomatoes
80 g milk
50 g fresh basil
Olive oil
Salt and pepper


To cook another version of this dish the Stracchino Quescrem can also be incorporated in the sauce. In this way it will melt and be incorporated equally into the dish.



Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Fry the onion and the mushrooms cut very thinly and the crushed garlic with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Add the cherry tomatoes to the onion sauce and sauté at high heat. Add the milk and let it evaporate until a creamy texture is created.


Add the cooked pasta, salt and pepper to taste and place in an iron pan. Dice Stracchino Quescrem and place it on top of the pasta in the pan.


Grill in oven at maximum power for 3 minutes.
Decorate with basil and serve.
