There is something special about tiramisu that has made it one of the favourite desserts of restaurant and catering customers all over the world, and it has also become one of the most popular desserts for delivery service.
The classic tiramisu recipe has a very simple approach and is made with readily available ingredients: layers of sponge cake soaked in coffee with a touch of alcohol, alternated with mascarpone cream, eggs and sugar, and finally decorated with cocoa.
Despite being an apparently simple dessert, it hides little secrets that, if you don't take into account, will prevent the tiramisu from shining in all its splendour.
