Concentrated yoghurt is the first yoghurt specially designed for cooking. Thanks to an innovative manufacturing process, we have succeeded in creating a CLEAN LABEL product with a shelf life of up to 6 months without the use of artificial additives. Its higher degree of concentration provides the consistency and stability needed for any preparation. What’s more, its intense yoghurt flavor adds a special touch to all preparations. These characteristics have been recognized by the SIAL INNOVATION 2018 label.
Cream, cow’s milk, milk proteins and lactic ferments.
Foams :
High aeration capacity, enabling the production of very light, stable foams. Intense flavor that lingers in preparations.
Ice creams:
Ideal for ice cream formulations thanks to its balance of protein and fat, with an intense yoghurt flavor.
Dips and sauces:
Ideal for sauces thanks to its intense flavor, ease of melting and resistance to acidity.
