Creamy white chocolate cheesecake with strawberries

Ingredients

Strawberries
Raspberries
Red fruit coulis
8 sponge cakes for tiramisu

200 g Quescrem Original
180 g cream 35% M.G.
180 g white chocolate

Preparation

White chocolate cream

Heat the cream and mix with the chocolate until melted. Add Quescrem Original, mix until a smooth cream is obtained and let it cool in the refrigerator. Once cold, whip with a whisk and place in a piping bag with a smooth nozzle.

Presentation

Place the sponge cake in the base of the glasses and add the red fruit coulis. Incorporate the chocolate cream with Quescrem Original and finish with red fruits on top.
