receta ensaladilla rusa ligera quescrem

Light Russian salad


200 g of Quescrem +PRO
2 small potatoes
50 g carrot
1 hard-boiled egg
10g chopped parsley
100 g of tuna
30 g olives
10 g olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
* You can add more ingredients to taste.



Cook the vegetables and the egg, then cut everything into small cubes (to taste).


In a large bowl mix all ingredients, add Quescrem +PRO and combine everything. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the olive oil.


Rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
