Ingredients
1200 g Quescrem Original
6 eggs
225 g cream
315 g sugar
65 g corn starch
Tip
The cheese needs to be softened by moderate beating or tempering.
Preparation

Mix Quescrem Original, cream and sugar and beat at medium speed, avoiding the incorporation of air until everything is well blended and there are no lumps.

Mix the starch little by little. Then add the egg slowly, one at a time, allowing time for it to mix properly.

Place in the blender and blend to de-aerate with the curved hook.

Place in a preheated oven and bake at 200 ºC for 15 minutes.

Lower the temperature to 130 ºC and bake for approximately 60 minutes.
Mounting
Although the original American cheesecake is served naked, we propose to make it more attractive and flavorful by accompanying it with red fruit jam, for example.
