Ingredients:
1 kg of sushi rice
200 g of rice vinegar
200 g of sugar
50 g. of salt
1,2 l. of water
Avocados
salmon
Nori seaweed (sheets)
Quescrem cream cheese with garlic and herbs
Sesame seeds
Directions:

Wash the rice well, and place in a saucepan. Put on high heat for 5 minutes and then another 10 minutes at minimum. Finally, let it stand 20 minutes.

Heat the vinegar with the sugar and salt. Cool the rice and add some sesame seeds. Add the vinegar mixture to taste.

Put the nori on a sushi press and place the rice, salmon, avocado and Quescrem cream cheese with garlic and herbs on top of the rice.
To finish:
Serve the sushi cut in little cubes and accompanied by soy sauce.
