Basque Chocolate Cheesecake

500 g Quescrem Natural
3 pcs eggs
1 pc egg yolk
200 g cream 35% M.G.
200 g sugar
30 g cocoa powder
80 g dark chocolate

Tip

(1) Place the mixer in the bottom of the container without lifting.
(2) Quantity for 20 cm mold.

Preparation

In a saucepan, heat the cream with the sugar and melt the chocolate, avoiding boiling.

Remove from heat and add the Natural Quescrem at room temperature.

Mix with an electric mixer and add the eggs one at a time while whisking, trying to introduce as little air as possible. (1)

Finally add the cocoa and continue beating until you have a homogeneous mass.

Cover the baking pan with lightly moistened baking paper and bake at 200 ºC for 20 minutes. (2)

Allow to cool before serving.
