Gluten free kefir cookies

Ingredients

240g Kefir Quescrem
200g corn starch
100g rice flour
100g butter
10g baking powder
100g sugar
10 g poppy seeds
10g amaranth seeds
1 lemon zest

Preparation

In a mixer, add all ingredients and knead until well combined.

Form into balls and flatten into cookies about 6 cm wide and 3 mm thick. Place them on baking paper on a baking tray.

Bake at 150 ºC for 20 minutes.
