Dairy Free tiramisu brownie

Ingredients

250 g Dairy-Free Quescrem Mascarpone
250 g sugar
200 g eggs
160 g lactose-free chocolate couverture (55%)
130 g flour
130 g walnuts
3 tablespoons of brewed coffee (optional)

Preparation

Put the egg and sugar in a mixer bowl and beat well.

On the other hand, melt the chocolate couverture and mix with Quescrem Dairy-Free Mascarpone.

Optionally, 3 tablespoons of coffee (already prepared) can be added to the previous mixture to give it a more classic tiramisu flavor.

Add the beaten egg and sugar to the chocolate and Mascarpone Quescrem mixture. Mix carefully.

Finally, add the sifted flour together with the chopped walnuts and mix. Fill a mold, previously oiled and floured.

Bake at 170 ºC for 30 to 45 min.

Presentation

You can serve the brownie with a scoop of lactose-free ice cream while it is still warm.
