Lactose-free Basque cheesecake batter

Ingredients

130 g Sugar
200 g Lactose-Free Asturian Cream
80 g yolks
150 g egg
10 g rice flour

Process

  1. Put in a bowl Quescrem Dairy-Free Cream Cheese, Quescrem Dairy-Free Mascarpone Cheese and sugar.
  2. On the other hand, put the Asturian cream in a saucepan and heat slightly until lukewarm.
  3. Pour the warm cream into the bowl and mix well with a blender.
  4. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend with a blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  5. Pass the mixture through a sieve and pour into a round mold 22 cm in diameter and 6 cm high, previously lined with baking paper.
  6. Bake at 200º C for 35 minutes.
  7. After this time, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.
  8. Once cold, store in the refrigerator. It will be ready for you to enjoy the lactose-free cheesecake.
