200 g of Quescrem Cream Cheese with Goat Roller
1000 g chicken breast
100 g of tomato ball
20 g extra virgin olive oil
50 g yellow cherry tomato
20 g basil
2 g salt
5 hamburger buns

Cook the chicken breast in seasoned water. When hot, fray with the help of two forks.

Mix the spun breast with the Cream Cheese with Goat Roller and set aside (it can be kept in an airtight container or even in a vacuum bag).

Bake the hamburger bun briefly.

Heat the chicken with goat roll.

Pour a drizzle of olive oil on the bread below, place a slice of tomato on it and put the goat roll chicken on top.
