Quescrem Natural Cream Cheese

Quescrem Natural is a soft, creamy and easy to spread cream cheese. Our innovative manufacturing process and the quality of the raw materials with which we manufacture our products make Quescrem Natural an essential ingredient in any recipe.
Mazada (milk), cow’s milk, cream, milk solids, salt, stabilizer (carrageenan), preservative (sorbic acid) and lactic ferments.


Mild flavor, easy to combine, easy to spread and can be mixed with fat and liquids.


Perfect for making creamy textured sauces that pair perfectly with both meat and fish.


High aeration capacity for the production of mousses with stable structure and silky texture. Ideal for cheese mousses alone or mixed with liquid ingredients such as fruit purees.

Ice cream:

Suitable for ice cream as it has a good balance between fat and protein.


Provides a smooth and creamy texture. Resistant to cake baking and stable in cold cakes with low gelatin content.
