Ingredients

For the Cheesecake

500 g Regular Quescrem
4 Eggs
200g Cream 35%
200 g Sugar
30 g Flour

In a cooking pot put the cream with the sugar until it dissolves completely. (low heat)

Add the Quescrem and when it started to melt, mix all together using a turmix trying to make less air as possible in the mixture.

Take out the cooking pan from the heat and add the eggs one by one while mixing with the turmix. Then add the flour.

Strain the mixture and put it in 20 cm of diameter mold with a baking paper on it

Bake it with dry heat, top and bottom 190ºC for 20 minutes. Wait until it is completely cold to unmold it
