Ingredients
250 g. Quescrem Natural
250 g. Mascarpone Cream Cheese
4 units of eggs
200 g. of Cream 35% MG
200 g. of Sugar
30 g. Flour (90w)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Strain the mixture to remove air.

Pour into a 20 cm diameter mold lined with baking paper.

Bake at 200º C for 25 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
