Homemade Dairy-Free Flan

Ingredients

From candy

150 g sugar
15 g water
10 g lemon juice

From flan

200 g Quescrem Lactose Free
200 g lactose-free milk
175 g egg
1 egg yolk
115 g sugar
3 g vanilla powder

Tip

This flan recipe can be easily adapted by previously infusing some aromatic element in the lactose-free milk, such as: citrus peel, cinnamon, tea, instant coffee, etc.

Preparation

Caramel

In a saucepan, place the sugar, lemon and water over medium heat and cook until golden brown. Pour the hot caramel into the 100 g custard cups.

Flan

Mix all the ingredients with the help of a glass blender. Pour into caramelized flan molds. Bake at 150º C in a bain-marie oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before unmolding.

Presentation

Garnish with fresh fruit to taste.
