500 g Stracchino Quescrem
1 Baguette bread
100 g Tomato sauce
100 g salmon or ham
Oregano
Olive Oil
Salt

Tip

Stracchino Quescrem adds a differentiating taste, creamy texture and an eye-catching appearance to the panini. Another way of preparation could be to incorporate the Stracchino in the panini right after taking it out of the oven, so that it melts little by little with the heat of the bread. It can also be combined with salmon, anchovy, bacon, chicken, olives, red bell pepper and much more.

Cut the bread baguette in two pieces. Mix the tomato sauce, salt, and olive oil. Dose the mixture over the bread.

Place the salmon or the ham and cover with Stracchino dice.

Bake at 200ºC for 7 minutes. Finish with oregano, cut in small pieces and serve.
