Lactose free tiramisu custard

Ingredients for the flan

From candy

150 g sugar
15 g water
10 g lemon juice

From flan

284 g of Dairy-Free Quescrem Mascarpone
284 g lactose-free milk
270 g egg (4 L eggs)
160 g sugar
10 g of soluble coffee

Flan preparation

Caramel

In a saucepan, place the sugar, lemon and water over medium heat and let it turn golden brown. Put the hot caramel in the custard pan.

Flan

Mix all the ingredients with the help of a glass blender. Pour the creamy mixture into the caramelized mold and bake at 150 ºC in a bain-marie for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before unmolding.
