In a saucepan, place the sugar, lemon and water over medium heat and let it turn golden brown. Put the hot caramel in the custard pan.

Flan
Mix all the ingredients with the help of a glass blender. Pour the creamy mixture into the caramelized mold and bake at 150 ºC in a bain-marie for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before unmolding.
