Manchego Burger

Ingredients:
500 g of ground beef
500 g of minced pork
250 g of Quescrem Cheese cream with Manchego Cheese
Salt and pepper
4 hamburger buns
2 tomatoes
150 g. of arugula
Mustard
Kétchup
Directions:

Mix the ground beef and the pork in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Add in the Quescrem Cheese cream with Manchego Cheese and mix it all up until getting a homogeneous and compact mixture. Make into individual patties. Grill the burger patties with a little olive oil on a griddle or skillet.
To finish:
Place a bun on the serving plate and set the burger on top. Next, put on the arugula. Garnish with mustard and ketchup to taste.
