We mainly use three dairy raw materials to make our products: cream, milk and an ingredient that sets our products apart, buttermilk.
We care about the economic and environmental sustainability of our region. That is why most of our ingredients are sourced from farms located in a 20-km radius from our facilities, meaning we can work with fresh dairy raw materials when making our products.
Traditional buttermilk is a dairy by-product of butter making. Its exceptional properties, from a nutritional, functional and organoleptic perspective, make it the perfect ingredient for our products.
