Cheesecake cream with white chocolate and strawberries
Red berry coulis
200 g of Natural Quescrem
180 g of cream 35% M.G.
180 g of white chocolate
Cheesecake cream with white chocolate
Heat the cream and mix with the chocolate until it melts, add Quescrem Natural , mix until it becomes a smooth cream and leave to cool in the fridge. Once cooled, assemble with sticks and place in a piping bag with a smooth nozzle.
Place the biscuits in the base of the glasses, add the red berry coulis, add the creamy chocolate with Quescrem Natural and finish with red fruit on top.
