In a saucepan put the sugar, the lemon and the water. Put it on a medium heat and leave it until it turns golden. Put the hot caramel in the moulds (flan moulds).
Mix all the ingredients with the help of a glass mixer. Pour the creamy mixture into the caramelized mould and bake at 150º C in the oven with a bain-marie for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hours before removing from the mould.
